Within 5 days after the purchased item is received and stored in the Tangbuy-certified warehouse, you may initiate a return or exchange request for the purchased item according to this policy.

Items eligible for the Warehouse Receipt and Inspection 5-Day No-Reason Return and Exchange Policy are categorized into "Not Supported" and "Supported".

The merchant promises to provide unreasonable returns and exchanges of goods (excluding some goods and categories) within 5 days of the goods being stored, provided that the goods do not affect the seller's secondary sales

 

You are responsible for the return postage of free shipping products, while you are responsible for the shipping and return postage of non free shipping products.

How to apply for return or exchange of goods
Within 5 days of the order being in the "received" status (calculated from the next hour after "received"), you can apply for an unconditional return or exchange on your personal page. Failure to do so may result in rejection.

Fee Standards
Users who initiate returns or exchanges due to their own reasons will be exempt from the first return or exchange service fee per month. If the number of returns or exchanges exceeds the limit, the following fees will be charged:
