Affiliate Program Policy

Effective Date: March 25, 2026

Welcome to the Tangbuy Dropshipping Affiliate Program. This Policy applies to all individuals or entities (“Affiliates”) who apply to and participate in the Tangbuy Dropshipping Affiliate Program (“Program”).

Affiliate Links

Approved affiliates of the Tangbuy Dropshipping Affiliate Program (“Program”) may generate a unique referral link to promote Tangbuy Dropshipping through websites, social media platforms, or other channels.

Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates must ensure that all information submitted when applying to join the Program is accurate, true, current, and complete.

Affiliates must not register Tangbuy accounts through their own referral links, nor create one or more Tangbuy accounts to obtain commissions, referral rewards, or any other incentives (if any). In the event of self-referrals, fake transactions, misleading promotions, or any other violations, Tangbuy reserves the right to cancel any commissions, referral rewards, or other incentives, and to suspend or terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the Program.

If there are any changes to the Affiliate’s website, social media accounts, or other promotional channels that may affect their suitability for participation in the Program, the Affiliate must promptly notify Tangbuy.

Affiliates must not, in connection with their participation in the Program or promotion of Affiliate Links:

(a) Publish, distribute, or transmit any information, data, materials, files, text, links, software, or other content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, threatening, coercive, defamatory, harassing, abusive, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, hateful, misleading, false, fraudulent, deceptive, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable, or any content that may give rise to liability under applicable laws;

(b) Provide Tangbuy or any other party with any false, misleading, or inaccurate information or materials related to Affiliate Links;

(c) Intentionally or unintentionally engage in, or encourage others to engage in, any activity that infringes upon any third party’s intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets) or other proprietary rights, privacy rights, or other lawful rights;

(d) Intentionally or unintentionally engage in, or encourage others to engage in, any activity that violates any applicable laws or regulations, including creating, copying, publishing, or distributing content that violates such laws or regulations;

(e) Damage or negatively affect the goodwill, reputation, image, or interests of Tangbuy, its affiliates, its users, or any third party through the sending or publication of information or participation in the Program.

Commission Structure

For Qualified Orders generated by Referred Users (as defined in Section 3.1 of the Tangbuy Dropshipping Affiliate Terms & Conditions, same hereinafter), Affiliates shall be eligible to receive commissions (as defined in Section 5.2 of the Tangbuy Dropshipping Affiliate Terms & Conditions, same hereinafter).

The commission rate ranges from 1% to 2% (the exact rate may vary depending on the level or type of cooperation). The specific commission rate applicable to each Affiliate shall be subject to confirmation with Tangbuy Dropshipping Affiliate staff and will take effect upon such confirmation.

Tangbuy reserves the right to adjust commission rates at its sole discretion based on business needs, performance, or agreements.

Commission Payments

Commission is calculated as:

Commission = (Total Qualified Order Value – Disputed Orders) × Commission Rate

Commissions are calculated on a monthly basis
Payments are credited to the Affiliate account balance by the 15th of the following month

Withdrawal Terms:

Minimum withdrawal amount: $100 USD
Maximum withdrawals: 2 times per month
Supported methods:
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer

Tangbuy reserves the right to delay, adjust, or cancel commissions in cases of:

Suspicious or abnormal orders
Violations of Program rules
Risk control or fraud concerns

Tangbuy may update payment rules, withdrawal conditions, and payout methods at any time.

Refer A Friend (RAF) Program

During the referral reward campaign period, where a referred user qualifies as a Valid Referral (as defined below), both the Affiliate and the referred user shall be eligible to receive a fixed-value voucher as a referral reward.

A “Valid Referral” means that the Referred User (as defined in Section 3.1 of the Tangbuy Dropshipping Affiliate Terms & Conditions) must, during the referral reward campaign period, access the Tangbuy.com website or application directly through a valid Affiliate Link and successfully register a user account (the “New Account”) in accordance with the Tangbuy.com Terms of Use and applicable rules. Within 30 days after the successful creation of the New Account (the “Validity Period”), the referred user must use the New Account to complete store authorization and/or binding on dropshipping.tangbuy.com and successfully place their first order on dropshipping.tangbuy.com (the “First Order”), and satisfy all of the following conditions:

(a) The Affiliate must be an approved participant in the Program, and the referred user must not have previously registered as a user of Tangbuy.com;

(b) The First Order must be successfully paid within the Validity Period and must not be subject to any chargeback;

(d) The First Order must not result from or be associated with any Invalid Purchase (as defined in Section 5.3 of the Tangbuy Dropshipping Affiliate Terms & Conditions);

(e) Any other requirements as may be set forth in the Tangbuy Dropshipping Affiliate Terms & Conditions and this Policy.

Referral rewards issued through the Refer A Friend (RAF) program (e.g., a USD $25 voucher) will be credited to the Tangbuy Wallet in the month following the fulfillment of the Valid Referral conditions (the Tangbuy Wallet balance is non-withdrawable).

RAF vouchers are non-withdrawable and may only be used for the following purposes:

Payment of Tangbuy Dropshipping order fees
Payment of Tangbuy Shop orders (https://shop.tangbuy.com/)

When using the Tangbuy Wallet to pay for Tangbuy Dropshipping or Tangbuy Shop orders, if RAF vouchers are available in the Wallet, they will be automatically applied with priority by default.

Tangbuy reserves the right to modify the RAF reward rules, usage rules, and campaign terms at any time without prior notice.

Tangbuy Wallet balances are strictly limited to the account under which they are issued and may not be transferred, assigned, gifted, or shared between different accounts.

Termination

Tangbuy reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Affiliate’s participation at any time if:

Program rules are violated
No valid referrals or orders are generated over an extended period
Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected
Promotional content damages Tangbuy’s brand or reputation
Any applicable agreements are breached

Tangbuy reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Policy at any time without prior notice.
