1.1 Depending on your use of Tangbuy Services and/or your interaction with us, you may be asked to provide us with certain information, for example, when you create an account, we may collect your username, password and email address. You may choose not to provide us with certain information, but this may prevent you from using many services we provide normally. When using Tangbuy Services and/or your interaction with us, we may collect and/or process the following categories of personal data about you:

(a) Account information: Including name, date of birth/age, country/region, language preferences, email address, phone number, avatar, username and password, single sign-on authentication token, any personal data in any photos, videos or recordings that you upload to our websites or applications, as well as products or services you purchase or use in other ways.

(b) Transaction information: Including purchase and price records, consignee's name, shipping address, postcode and contact details, shipment tracking details, return details, and other details of goods or services you provided to Tangbuy or purchased through our website or applications.

(c) Payment information: Including invoice/payment record, payment date, payment amount, payment method and billing address. Please note that we use third-party payment providers (including PayPal, Stripe) to process payments you send us, and the relevant information is directly provided by you to our third-party payment providers. The collection, use and processing of your personal data by third-party payment providers are subject to their privacy policies. Please note that when you act as an affiliate of Tangbuy Affiliate Program, you are required to provide us with your collection account information in order for you to receive the relevant commissions from promoting affiliate links.

(d) User content: Including avatars, photos, pictures, videos, audio, comments, messages and other content or information that you generate, upload or otherwise make available on our websites or applications.

(e) Usage data: Including the websites you visited prior to accessing the Tangbuy Services, the frequency of your access to the Tangbuy Services, whether you opened an email message or clicked the links contained in an email, whether you accessed the Tangbuy Services through multiple devices, and other browsing behaviors and actions on the Tangbuy Services (e.g., the pages you visited, the contents you viewed, your communications through the Tangbuy Services and the contents, links and advertisements you interacted with). We use third-party technology to collect detailed information about individuals' browsing behaviors and operations on Tangbuy Services, which may record your operations on Tangbuy Services, including mouse, scroll, click and keystroke activities on our Services.

(f) Event, promotion and survey information: Including the information provided when you sign up for events, promotions, complete surveys or submit recommendations. For example, the contact information provided when you participate in a lucky draw or a free gift through our Tangbuy Services, which we do to notify you of your winning, verify your identity and/or send you a prize.

(g) Customer support activity information: Including the content of customized messages sent through forms, email addresses or other contact information provided by us to users.

In order to collect some of the above personal data, we may need to request permission to access such personal data through your mobile device. You may control the permissions you grant to us, and you can change your permission settings at any time in the setting panel of your device. Please note that any cancellation of permissions may affect the provision and performance of Tangbuy Services.

1.3 We may collect or obtain personal data from third parties (including but not limited to single sign-on providers and other authentication services that you use to connect to our Services, service providers, vendors, partners and any third party providing services to us, collecting your personal data and/or performing functions on our behalf or working with us, including delivery, marketing and other service partners) or such data may be collected automatically when you use Tangbuy Services. Please refer to Section 3.5 "SDKs for Third Parties" and Section 4 "How We Use Cookies and Other Similar Technologies" of this Policy. For example, we collect information from third-party authentication services or other third-party accounts that you link to our Services. If you log in through third-party social media or authentication services (such as Google or Apple) that we allow, when you use these single sign-on services to visit our website or application, we will receive a token from the single sign-on service to help you identify yourself in our system (for example, through your username) and confirm that you have successfully passed the authentication of the single sign-on service. In addition to verifying your identity, these Services will in most cases let you choose to share some personal data with us, which may include your name, email address or other information in your public profile (such as the avatar of a third-party social media account). The data we receive depends on the policies of the third-party social media and your settings on the third-party social media.

Corporate transactions: If Tangbuy is involved in corporate business transactions (such as a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our assets), we may disclose personal data to third parties during the negotiation of such corporate business transactions, in connection with or as assets of such corporate business transactions. Personal data may also be disclosed in the event that Tangbuy is insolvent, bankrupt or taken over.
Legal obligations and rights: We may disclose personal data to third parties, such as law enforcement agencies, regulators and other third parties, for legal reasons if we reasonably believe that it is necessary to take the following actions:

When you use Tangbuy Services, we may use relevant technologies to send one or more Cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device for the collection, identification and storage of the information when you access and use Tangbuy Services. We promise not to use Cookies for any purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy. We use Cookies mainly to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our products and services, so that we can confirm the security status of your account and transactions, and troubleshoot abnormalities related to failures and delays. At the same time, we may use Cookies to show you information or functions that you may be interested in and optimize your choice of advertisements. - The "HELP" function on most browsers tells you how to prevent the browser from accepting new Cookies, how to let the browser notify you when it receives new Cookies, and how to block Cookies. In certain circumstances, you may request us to delete personal data through the contact details set out in Article 13 of this Policy (only when it is no longer needed for legitimate business purposes or required by applicable laws), but subject to the conditions and/or restrictions stipulated by applicable laws and regulations. Please note that due to applicable legal and technical restrictions, we may not be able to delete the corresponding personal data from the backup system immediately. We will securely store your personal data and restrict any further processing until the backup can be deleted or anonymized.

5.4 Withdrawal of consent

For your personal data collected by us based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent to our continued use or processing of your personal data by contacting us through the contact details set out in Article 13 of this Policy, subject to the conditions and/or restrictions stipulated by applicable laws and regulations. In order to protect the rights and interests of Tangbuy users and the safety of orders, you may need to meet certain conditions to cancel your account, and then Tangbuy will inform you separately. After you voluntarily cancel your account, we will stop providing Tangbuy Services for you and delete, anonymize or de-identify your personal data according to the requirements of applicable laws.

5.6 Response to your above requests

(a) If you need to claim your personal data rights or request Tangbuy to protect your personal data rights, you may contact us through the contact details set out in Article 13 of this Policy.

(b) In order to ensure the security of your account and your personal data, when you make the above request to us, we may verify your identity (such as adding account verification, requiring you to provide a written request or other reasonable means) before processing your request.

(c) We may refuse information that is not directly related to your identity, information that is repeatedly applied for without reasonable reasons, or requests that require excessive technical means (such as developing new systems or fundamentally changing current practices), bring risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are impractical.

6.How we retain personal data

We will retain your personal data so that you can continue to use Tangbuy Services. We will only keep your personal data for the period required or allowed by applicable laws, or for the period related to the collection purpose. Once there is reason to believe that the retention of your personal data is no longer in line with the purpose of collecting personal data and is no longer necessary for applicable laws or business purposes, we will stop retaining your personal data through safe disposal or remove the association between the data and you through anonymization.

7.International transmission of personal data

Due to the international nature of our business, we will transfer personal data to the affiliates of Tangbuy and third parties mentioned in Section 3 of this Policy for the purposes set out in this Policy. Therefore, when you access or use Tangbuy Services, your personal data may be processed or transmitted outside your country/region, including the United States, Hong Kong, China and/or China. The laws and data protection compliance requirements in these countries may be different from those applicable in your country. Tangbuy Services are only provided to persons with full capacity for civil conduct, and users must be at least 18 years old when using Tangbuy Services. We have no intention to provide any Tangbuy Services to minors (as defined by applicable laws).
