Tangbuy Warehouse Inspection Service Description

When the items you purchased are received by the Tangbuy-certified warehouse, Tangbuy will provide you with the following professional inspection services:

Appearance Inspection:

• All items arriving at Tangbuy’s warehouse will be inspected by professional quality inspectors.
• The inspection includes checking for color, significant damage, stains, size, model, and version number.
• Special Note: For clothing items, we will judge the size based on the labels or tags on the product. Minor differences like color variations or size discrepancies are not covered by the inspection.

Electronic and Digital Products Inspection:

• Due to the nature of electronic and digital products, our quality inspectors will only check the product’s external appearance.
• The completeness of accessories for sealed products and any functional issues cannot be determined through external inspection alone.
• We will provide photos of the product upon arrival for your confirmation to ensure the appearance meets your expectations.

After-Sales Service Application:

• If you discover issues related to the inspection after receiving the product, you can apply for our after-sales service.

Important Notice:

1. Items Not Covered by Inspection:

• Color differences, size discrepancies, and usage effects are not included in our inspection service.

2. Inspection Limitations for Special Products:

• For electronic and digital products, we only provide appearance inspection and do not perform functional checks.

3. Product Information Confirmation:

• In cases where product information cannot be confirmed and the product shows no significant damage or stains, we will assume that you have communicated with the seller and reached an agreement.

4. Handling of Non-Compliance with Shipping Conditions:

• If the received goods do not meet the shipping conditions, we will make a special note on the related order and remind you to discuss return arrangements.
