I. Narcotics, Precursor Chemicals, and Drug Paraphernalia:

1. Various potent poisons;
2. Opium, morphine, heroin, marijuana, and other addictive narcotics and psychotropic substances.

II. Explosives, Hazardous Materials, and Chemicals:

1. Explosives: Various types of gunpowder, explosives, and their products, as well as detonators, fuses, and other ignition or blasting equipment listed in the "Civil Explosives Catalogue."
2. Pesticides:Pesticides specified in the "Regulations on the Import and Export of Pesticides" by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China.
3. Asbestos.
4. 1,2-Dibromoethane, Dibromochloropropane, Aldrin, Chlordane, Toxaphene, Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs), Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBBs), Dinoseb and its salts and esters; Dinitrophenol, DDT, Isodrin, Sodium Fluoroacetate, 2,4,5-T and its salts and esters, Tris(2,3-dibromopropyl) Phosphate, Benzidine (4,4'-Diaminobiphenyl), Fluoroacetamide (Methomyl), Chlordimeform, Dioxins, Furans, Carbon Tetrachloride (used in cleaning agents), 1,1,1-Trichloroethane (Methyl Chloroform) (used in cleaning agents), and Trichlorotrifluoroethane (CFC-113) (used in cleaning agents).
5. Silica sand, quartz sand, and other natural sands;
6. Animals, plants and their products carrying dangerous germs, pests and other harmful organisms;
7. Food, drugs or other items that are harmful to human and animal health, come from epidemic areas and can spread diseases.

III. Guns, Ammunition and Accessories:
All kinds of weapons, simulated weapons, ammunition and explosive substances;

IV. Valuable Chinese Medicinal Materials:
The Chinese medicinal materials and patent medicines that have been explicitly prohibited from leaving the country include: Musk, Secretio Bufonis, Tiger Bones, Rhinoceros Horns, Calculus Bovis, etc. (Excluding patent medicines with trace amounts of Musk and Secretio Bufonis, such as Musk Yangyang Plaster and Liushen Pills, but including medicines containing ingredients of Rhinoceros Horns and Tiger Bones);

V. Medical Devices:

1. Syringes (whether with or without needles), tubular metal needles, suture needles, other needles (catheters, cannulas) and similar products;
2. Electrocardiogram recorders, B-mode ultrasonic diagnostic apparatuses, color ultrasonic diagnostic apparatuses, unnamed ultrasonic scanning devices, nuclear magnetic resonance imaging devices, scintigraphy devices, patient monitors, unnamed electrical diagnostic devices, ultraviolet and infrared devices;
3. Dental drills (which can be assembled on the same base with other dental equipment), dental chairs equipped with dental equipment, unnamed instruments and appliances for dentistry;
4. Other instruments and appliances for ophthalmology, stethoscopes, blood pressure measuring instruments and appliances, endoscopes, kidney dialysis equipment (artificial kidneys), diathermy equipment, blood transfusion equipment, anesthesia equipment, other medical (surgical or veterinary) instruments and appliances, X-ray tomography scanners, other X-ray application equipment for dentistry, other X-ray application equipment for medical (surgical or veterinary) use, low-dose X-ray security inspection equipment, unnamed X-ray application equipment, medical;

VI. Illegal Purpose Products:

Radio transceivers, communication security machines;

VII. Currency and Collectibles:

1. National currency;
2. Foreign currencies and their securities;
3. Counterfeit currencies and counterfeit securities;
4. Precious cultural relics and other cultural and sports items prohibited from leaving the country, as well as ordinary cultural relics;
5. Precious metals such as gold and silver and their products;
6. Plate-shaped, sheet-shaped, unforged or powdered platinum;

VIII. Animals, Plants, and Hunting Tools:

1. Endangered and Precious Animals and Plants: This includes specimens, seeds, and propagation materials of species listed in the "Catalogue of Import and Export Wild Fauna and Flora Species Products" published by the Endangered Species Import and Export Management Office and the General Administration of Customs in 2002, as well as other nationally recognized endangered animals, rare plants, or their products, all of which are subject to endangered species import and export management.
2. Tiger Bones, Rhino Horns, Bile, Musk, Ephedra (including medicinal, perfumery, and other uses), and Fleece (including dried, frozen, or fresh fleece).
3. Rare and Unique Species: Such as white sea shells, penguin shells, and white butterfly shells.
4. Wood: Raw timber treated with paint, dyes, or other methods, including coniferous wood, redwood, teak, tropical hardwoods, oak, beech, camphorwood, rosewood, paulownia wood, and other unnamed non-coniferous hardwoods (excluding wood treated with paint, dyes, creosote, or other preservatives).
5. Charcoal: Rod-shaped charcoal with a diameter >4 cm, length >10 cm, non-circular cross-section rod-shaped charcoal, and peat (peat moss).
6. Untreated Forest Litter: This includes decomposed leaves, roots, bark, tree leaves, and tree roots. Treated forest litter (organic mineral formed from dead and decaying above-ground plants in wetlands).
7. Other Animals, Plants, and Products:According to the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Quarantine of Import and Export Animals and Plants," Ministry of Agriculture and State Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine Order No. 1712, and the Joint Announcement No. 6 of 2013 by the Endangered Species Import and Export Management Office of the People's Republic of China and the General Administration of Customs (regarding the "Catalogue of Import and Export Wild Fauna and Flora Species Products"): live animals (such as livestock, poultry, wild animals, bees, fish, silkworms, etc.), animal products (such as raw hides, wool, meat, organs, fats, blood, eggs, semen, bones, hooves, horns, etc.), plants (cultivated plants, wild plants, and their seeds, seedlings, propagation materials, etc.). Plant products (such as grains, legumes, cotton, oils, hemp, tobacco, seeds, nuts, dried fruits, fresh fruits, vegetables, medicinal herbs, logs, feed, etc.) all require inspection and quarantine.

IX. Items Harmful to National Security and Offensive Information:

1. Printed materials, films, photographs, records, tapes, videotapes, laser discs, computer storage media, and other items that are harmful to China's political, economic, cultural, or moral interests.
2. Manuscripts, printed materials, films, photographs, records, tapes, videotapes, laser discs, computer storage media, and other items containing national secrets.

X. Gambling/Gaming Tools:
Television video game consoles, coin-operated video game machines, coin-operated other gaming equipment, and other video game consoles.

XI. Other Customs-Prohibited Export Items:
Counterfeit and pirated goods. Counterfeit goods include those that infringe on registered trademarks or use another company’s name or address.You can also refer to the list of“Embargoed items” to determine if a purchase is allowed.
