Package Inspection Rules

Instructions for Receiving and Inspection Process:

  1. Outer Packaging Inspection: When signing for a package, if the outer packaging is found to be severely damaged or does not meet receiving standards, warehouse personnel will either refuse the package directly or arrange for its return.
  2. Prohibited Items Check: For packages that meet the signing conditions, the warehouse will open the package after receipt to check for prohibited items and weigh the package before storing it.
  3. Non-compliance with Transportation Requirements: If the goods are found to be non-compliant with transportation or air transport standards, we will place a special mark on the related order and notify you to arrange a return.
  4. Receiving Information Inquiry: If you cannot find the receiving information from the warehouse within the standard domestic delivery period (usually 3-5 days), please contact your agent or our customer service to confirm the status of the goods.

Detailed Process for Inspection and Warehousing:

  1. We will conduct a thorough verification of the product specifications, including quantity, color, size, and other relevant details.
  2. Once the verification is completed and found to be accurate, we will remove the original courier box, repackage the items using Tangbuy self-sealing bags, and proceed with warehousing. For fragile items, easily damaged items, products packaged in courier boxes, or oversized items, we will retain the original box based on the actual situation.

Precautions:

  1. Color Discrepancies, Size Variations, Material, and Usage Effects are not within the scope of our inspection.
  2. For electrical appliances, digital products, and other specialized items, we do not inspect for quality, model, or accessories.
  3. For sealed items such as "CDs," "figures," and "adult products," we follow a no-unsealing inspection rule, meaning we can only check the external appearance for damage and cannot verify the internal contents or functionality.
