
【Explanation of Tangbuy Order Statuses 】
Pending payment:
Order submitted and pending for payment, please complete the payment within 72 hours or it will be canceled automatically.
Process Pending:
Order paid, an agent will be assigned within 6 working hours.
Under Process:
Your order is currently being processed by an agent, please wait patiently for the agent's purchase from the seller.
Purchased:
Your agent has completed the purchase from the seller, and we are currently awaiting the seller to ship the item.
Seller Sent:
The seller has sent out the order, typically it takes 3-5 days for it to arrive at the Tangbuy warehouse. please wait patiently.
Warehouse Received:
Your order has arrived at the Tangbuy warehouse and has been scanned. The staff will complete the quality check, weighing/measurements and uploading the qc photos within 24 hours.
Storing:
The warehouse staff are currently conducting the quality check, weighing/measuring the items, and uploading the QC photos. Normally, this process will be completed within 24 hours, after which you will see the order status change to "Stored".
Stored:
Order is stored, you have 90 days of free storage, please pay attention to the valid storage period and submit the parcel.
Underpaid:
The amount you paid for the order is less than the actual cost, you need to make the supplemental payment within 72 hours. If you fail to make the payment within this timeframe, the system will cancel the order, and you will receive a refund via the original trading channel.
Order Canceled:
The order is canceled by the agent, the refund will be returned to your original trading channel.
Return Processing:
Tangbuy has successfully negotiated a return with the seller and has already shipped the goods to the seller. the agent will refund the order via original trading channel once receive the money from the seller.
Returned:
The return process is finished and the refund has been issued to original trading channel.
Exchange Processing:
Tangbuy has successfully negotiated an exchange with the seller and is currently processing the exchange.
Confirmation:
Further confirmation is needed for your order, please check the message sent by your agent and reply within 72 hours, so that the agent can proceed with the purchase.
Expired:
If the product exceeds the storage period or you voluntarily give up, the order status will be set to "expired" and the product will be destroyed.
Parcel Processing:
The international package matching this item has been successfully paid for. Your package is under packing.
Sent Internationally:
The item has been sent internationally, please kindly check your parcel page for the tracking updates.
Customer Received:
You have received the parcel.

Shipped:
The package has been picked up by the logsitics provider for international shipping.
Returned:
Due to incorrect or incomplete recipient name, address and other information, or the inclusion of prohibited items in the selected shipping method, the package will be returned.
Domestic Return:
The package was returned due to reasons such as failing domestic security checks and has now been returned to our warehouse.
Overseas Return:
After the package arrived abroad, it was returned due to reasons such as failed customs inspection or not being delivered properly. It has now been returned to our warehouse.
Confirm receipt:
You have received the package.
