Can My Tangbuy Order Be Cancelled or Refunded?

Order Cancellation Process:

Process Pending Status and Under Process Status:

You can locate the corresponding order on the Orders page in the User Center and click "Cancel Order." The payment will be refunded through the original payment channel.

Order Purchasing and Purchased Status:

You can click "Contact" on the Order page in the User Center to contact the purchasing staff or submit a cancellation request through the online customer service. If the seller has not shipped the item, the purchasing staff will apply for a refund and process the refund through the original payment channel within 5 days after receiving the refund from the seller.

Seller Sent, Warehouse Received and Storing Status:

You need to wait until the order status changes to ‘stored’ before requesting a refund or exchange. Once the order status hits 'Stored', you can click the 'return/exchange' option within 5 days on warehouse page, the entire process may take 3-7 days after a return request has been submitted.

Note: When the order status is 'Seller Sent', you can click "Contact" on the order page and ask the agent to confirm with the seller. If the seller has not yet shipped the item, the agent can then apply for a refund, upon receiving the money from the seller, the agent will process the refund via the original payment channel within 5 days.

Order Stored Status:

Within 5 days after the order status hits 'stored', you can request a return by clickng the "Return/Exchange" option on the warehouse page, the outcome of the request depends on the seller, once the seller approved the request, the agent will process the return as quickly as possible and update the tracking number for the returned order in the order details. Upon receiving the money from the seller, the agent will then process the refund via the original payment channel, the specific time depends on the seller's refund confirmation. The entire process may take 3-7 days after the user submit the return request.

For orders with other statuses, please contact online customer service if you want to request a cancellation or refund.
